Digital Deal Research publishes independent research and decision-support material about online businesses that are currently offered for sale. It is for information and research only: a way to narrow a large inventory down to the listings worth investigating properly.

Digital Deal Research is operated by Avenlund Group OÜ, registry code 17598800. Where these terms say what Digital Deal Research does or does not do, they mean that company. Data-protection and contact details are on the privacy page.

Nothing here is a personal recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, or an opinion on whether any business suits your circumstances, risk tolerance or objectives.

Not legal or tax advice

Acquisition structure, contracts, liabilities, cross-border issues and tax treatment need qualified professional advice about your own situation.

Not a recommendation to acquire

A high Fit Score, a favourable percentile or a positive-sounding brief describes how a listing compares against stated criteria and against other current listings. It is never a judgement that a business is worth buying.

Not a marketplace, broker or agent

Digital Deal Research lists nothing, sells nothing, holds no funds and represents no party. It takes no part in any transaction it describes.

The listing universe shown here comes from the Empire Flippers public marketplace API. Digital Deal Research is independent of that marketplace and does not act on its behalf. Everything below follows from where the data comes from:

• Listing figures are reported by sellers to the marketplace. They may be incomplete, rounded, out of date or inaccurate, and Digital Deal Research does not independently verify them.
• Calculations on this site inherit every limitation of that data. A calculation built on a wrong or missing input will itself be wrong or absent.
• Asking prices and asking multiples are not transaction prices. They are what a seller is asking. What a business eventually sells for, if it sells at all, may be materially different, and nothing here is an appraisal or valuation of any business.
• Percentiles, medians and market figures describe the inventory available at the time of the build that produced the page. They are not sold comparables and not a historical price series.
• Inventory changes constantly. Businesses sell, are withdrawn, change price or change their reported figures, so a listing shown here may already be unavailable or different.
• Past or current performance of any business, model or market segment is not a prediction of future performance.

Any decision you make about acquiring a business is your own decision, taken on your own research and on professional advice you obtain yourself.

Before acquiring anything, verify it independently: financials and their supporting records, traffic and revenue evidence, the identity and standing of the seller, supplier and platform account status, intellectual-property rights, legal and tax exposure, and the practical mechanics of transfer. That work happens with the seller and the marketplace handling the sale. It does not happen on this site, and nothing here reduces the amount of it you need to do.

This site is provided as is. Digital Deal Research gives no warranty that the information on it is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and no warranty that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Pages are rebuilt periodically and a figure can be out of date the moment the marketplace changes.

The original material on this site — its written research and analysis, its calculation and scoring methodology, the way listings are normalized and presented, and its design, layout and code — belongs to Avenlund Group OÜ.

That ownership does not extend to the underlying marketplace or seller data. Listing information remains the property of the parties that produced it, and Digital Deal Research claims no rights over it, over any marketplace's content, or over any third-party name or trademark referred to on this site. Marketplace names are used only to identify the source of the data.

You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site with attribution. Please do not republish it wholesale, scrape it in bulk, or present its research or calculations as your own.
