A useful subject line and the URL of the page you are writing about make a reply much faster. The categories below are the ones that come up most often — each links a pre-filled subject, but a plain email is equally fine.

- How the finder, Buy Box, Watchlist, comparison or an acquisition brief is meant to work, and what a particular figure on a page actually measures.
- Corrections and data issuesEmail
- A calculation that looks wrong, a page showing a business that is no longer listed, a broken link, or anything that reads as inaccurate. Include the page URL and the listing number if there is one.
- Research questionsEmail
- Methodology, how a cohort or percentile was built, what a market figure is measured over, or a research topic you would like covered.

What belongs with the marketplace instead
Digital Deal Research is a research product. It does not list, sell or broker any business shown here, and it holds no confidential information about a listing.
Some questions can only be answered by the marketplace publishing the listing — currently Empire Flippers — or by the seller. Writing to us about them will only add a step:
- Confidential listing detail: the business name, the URLs it operates, verified traffic and revenue proofs, or anything behind a marketplace unlock or NDA.
- Anything transactional: making an offer, negotiating, financing, escrow, migration or transfer of assets and accounts.
- Due diligence itself: verified financials, seller identity, contracts, supplier or platform account standing, and legal or tax questions about an acquisition.
- Selling a business: Digital Deal Research does not take listings and cannot introduce a seller to a buyer.
What we can help with is the research layer on top: how a figure was calculated, why a listing scored the way it did, and anything on this site that looks wrong.
